About Me
My name is Jeremy Bordeleau and I am a commerce student at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax. I am currently studying for a major in Accounting.
For most of my life I was a paddler. I paddled for Banook, Cheema and Mic Mac Aquatic Clubs. I practically grew up on the water. I started when I was five years old and by the time I was 18, I was on the Canadian National Team. I have had the chance to travel around Europe and even down to Brazil for the 2007 Pan American Games, which took place in Rio de Janeiro.
A few years ago, I retired from paddling and have turned my focus to my studies at Saint Mary’s University. I absolutely love what I’m doing at school. However, I still can’t wait to be done school so that I can do what I am learning for a living.
Some of my hobbies include: playing guitar, experimenting with web design, playing video games and reading books. I have been playing guitar for around ten years and I have just recently been performing live at some open mic events around Halifax. Web design is something I have always had an interest in but I have never had a formal education with. I plan to possibly pursue a degree in web design after my undergrad. I am an avid gamer. I enjoy playing World of Warcraft on my spare time. Reading is something I love to do when everything is quiet and I don’t really have anything on my plate. I often like to go back and read some of the books I read in High School because I feel I was too young to appreciate them then.
That’s about it for me. I hope you find some interest in my site. Enjoy!
